Our personalized 45-minute medication review takes a comprehensive look at your prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements. We assess for potential drug interactions, ensure your dosages are appropriate, and address any side effects or other concerns. If we identify any issues, we will contact your healthcare provider with recommendations.
Monthly pharmacist check-ins with you and your loved one to assist with medication issues and questions throughout the year. In addition, we will provide one 45-minute comprehensive medication review per year. Home visits available in Ventura County for an additional fee.
Did you know your genes affect how your medications work? Pharmacogenomic testing is a valuable tool that helps us assess whether your medications are safe and effective based on your unique genetic makeup. With a simple cheek swab, we can gather the information needed to provide personalized recommendations. Our service includes a 30-minute pre-consultation to discuss the process and a follow-up 30-minute consultation to review your results once they are available.
Let us know what you need help with and we will come up with a custom plan and pricing.
