I’m a clinical pharmacist and mom who helps families and individuals navigate complex medication and supplement decisions with clarity and confidence. Throughout my career in the hospital and ICU, I’ve worked with patients at every stage of life, from busy parents managing medications for their families to older adults taking multiple prescriptions and unsure how they all fit together. I saw firsthand how easily people become overwhelmed by medications when no one has the time to step back and look at the full picture.
Many of the patients I work with are dealing with polypharmacy and do not know how to advocate for themselves or their loved ones. They may feel rushed during appointments, confused by conflicting advice, or unsure whether every medication they are taking is still necessary. Others are trying to balance prescription medications with supplements and holistic approaches, but worry about safety and interactions.
At Simplify Rx, my focus is helping families, caregivers, and older adults feel informed, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
I take a balanced approach that respects the role of evidence-based western medicine while also looking for opportunities to minimize unnecessary medications, reduce side effects, and support the body through lifestyle and holistic practices when appropriate. The goal is not to stop medications indiscriminately, but to ensure every medication has a clear purpose and aligns with the patient’s goals and values.
As a mom, I understand the constant pressure to research, question, and make the “right” decisions for your family. As a clinical pharmacist, I bring advanced training and years of experience to help guide those decisions thoughtfully.
Through comprehensive medication reviews, pharmacogenomic consultations, and personalized supplement guidance, I help:
• Families simplify medications and supplements
• Caregivers advocate for aging parents
• Older adults reduce medication burden when appropriate
• Patients understand why they are taking each medication and what options exist
You deserve informed consent, clear answers, and a healthcare plan that makes sense. I’m here to help you simplify medications, balance approaches, and feel confident moving forward.

Pharmacists are specially trained to understand medications and how they affect the body. Unfortunately, pharmacists working in a conventional retail setting (i.e. CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid) do not have the resources or time to complete full medication reviews while dispensing your medications. This is where your personal clinical pharmacist shines. A personal pharmacist can review your entire medication list and be sure it is appropriate and tailored to you. No two patients are the same, but our healthcare system often does a one-size-fits-all approach. Let us help find the best medication regimen for YOU!
