Medication Expertise for
Safer, Informed Care

Founded in 2023, Simplify Rx grew from years of family and friends turning to us for trusted medication guidance. Through our clinical pharmacy experience, we saw how overwhelming medications can become, especially for families, caregivers, and older adults managing multiple prescriptions. Simplify Rx was created to provide thoughtful, personalized care that looks at the whole picture — balancing evidence-based medicine with a more intentional, streamlined approach to medications and supplements.

We offer one-on-one personalized pharmacist consultations, including comprehensive medication reviews to identify interactions, unnecessary medications, side effects, and opportunities for simplification. We help patients safely balance prescriptions with supplements and holistic approaches when appropriate and communicate directly with healthcare providers to support informed, coordinated care. Ongoing support options are available for caregivers and those needing continued guidance.
We believe every patient deserves time, clarity, and a voice in their healthcare. In an overburdened system, medications are often added without being reevaluated. Our approach is patient-centered, educational, and collaborative — focused on informed consent, advocacy, and empowering patients and families to feel confident in their medication decisions.
